One of our favorite projects this month was transforming the primary bedroom of a beautiful home in the 4S Ranch neighborhood of Rancho Bernardo with custom motorized Roman shades and elegant decorative drapery.
Our client wanted a timeless, sophisticated design that would provide privacy, soften the room, and make everyday operation effortless. The finished result is a warm, inviting bedroom featuring premium custom window treatments that perfectly complement the home's neutral color palette.
Custom Roman Shades for a unique style!
In this project we used natural Fabrics, Rutherford ~ Nebula Color, a beautifully textured neutral fabric that softly filters natural light while maintaining privacy and adding warmth to the room.
These beautiful Shades are automated with Somfy Motorization which allows the homeowner to effortlessly raise and lower the shade with the touch of a remote, making daily operation convenient while maintaining a clean, cordless appearance.
Custom Inverted Pleat Drapery
To frame the patio doors and large center window, we installed custom blackout drapery in the same Rutherford Nebula fabric.
The panels feature a 2-finger Euro Inverted Pleat, creating crisp, clean vertical folds that complement the modern architecture of the home. Matte black decorative hardware provides a subtle contemporary contrast while coordinating beautifully with the existing door hardware.
